Cultural symposium
A cultural science symposium was held in Yaoui from 20-23 December 2018. The aim was to gather knowledge about the important archaeological site of Etoo, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the village of Yaoui. Fort Etoo is of great historical importance to the population of the region.

The next symposium will take place from 19.-20. December 2019. Currently there is a call for papers (open until October 30, 2019).
